Do you charge a trip fee inside Colorado Springs?

My house is from the 1950s and the walls do not feel like drywall. What is that?
Plenty of central and near-downtown Colorado Springs homes from that era and earlier are plaster over lath rather than drywall. It patches differently and needs a different approach at the transition, which is worth knowing before anyone opens the wall.
Do you paint after the repair?
We leave the repair paint-ready — primed where it needs to be, textured to match, and cleaned up. Painting is a separate trade. If you want the area painted too, mention it early so we can talk through what it takes to avoid a visible touch-up square.
How long does a typical repair take?
A single small repair is often one visit. Anything that needs a coat to dry flat before the next one goes on runs two visits, usually a day or two apart. Compound drying time is the constraint, and rushing it is the most common reason a repair shows later.
